Crofthead Holiday Cancellation Policy

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
We recommend that you take out insurance cover for your holiday (both self-catering and touring) as once you have paid your deposit you have entered a contract and are liable for the full holiday cost, even in the event of cancellation. If you wish to cancel your holiday please contact our Reservations Team, then confirm your cancellation in writing either by post or email. We will then confirm your cancellation by return either by post or email.

Days prior to arrival date within which written cancellation notification is received:

MORE THAN 70 DAYS
Loss of deposit

70 DAYS OR LESS
100% of your full booking cost is due to us.

*** Think about whether you can find someone to take the holiday, as this might be cheaper than cancelling it. The person you’re transferring to must meet any conditions – like age restrictions. Change of names to the booking must be sent to us in written form. Our email is info@croftheadholidaypark.co.uk

We will endeavour to try to rebook your accommodation on your behalf should you wish. We cannot guarantee that we will get your accommodation rebooked & you will still be liable to pay until such times as we successfully rebook the named accommodation.
