Dunure (castle ruins)
The village of Dunure is located 5 miles (8km) north west of Maybole in South Ayrshire. This fishing village is a fairly recent addition to the coastline, dating from the early 19th century.

Beach, Golf clubs, Culzean, Ayr town centre is less than a 10 minute drive from park (restaurants, shops).
There’s good fishing nearby. Additionally, Ayr Racecourse and Prestwick.
For serious shopping Glasgow is only 45 minutes drive from the park.
